Returns and Refund Policy – MENO VITA

14-Day Cancellation Right (EU)

Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason, and request a refund.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be in its original condition as received;
Unopened, unconsumed, and undamaged;
Intact original packaging, with all labels and protective seals intact.

⚠️For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or consumed products cannot be returned, even if a return request is made within 14 days.

Once the product is returned and approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

“Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee” – 30 Days

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, MENO VITA offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of receipt of the product. This guarantee applies only to orders paid by bank card.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can apply for a full refund if the following conditions are met:

This offer applies only to one product in your order (not to an entire series or multiple product courses).

Even if you purchased multiple items, the refund will only cover the value of one item.

For example: For a 60-day or 90-day course (2 or 3 packages), only the cost of the first package (30 days) will be refunded.

Cash or cash on delivery payments are not covered by this guarantee.

This commercial warranty does not affect the legal right of withdrawal under European law.

Non-returnable products

Some items are non-returnable or non-refundable, such as:

Perishable items (e.g., opened or consumed dietary supplements),
Customized or personalized products,
Hygiene or personal care products,
Gift cards and merchandise offers.

Product defects or order errors

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If there is any product damage, defect, or error, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it promptly.

Refund Process and Timeline

After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically returned to your original payment account within 10 business days. Please note that there may be slight processing delays from your bank or credit card company.
